Adrienne has been implementing individually-designed retirement plans and consulting on ERISA issues since 2007 and brings her vast experience and knowledge about ERISA compliance to ensure that we can provide the greatest level of expertise to our customers. Adrienne was born and raised in Greater Cleveland and is committed to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners nation-wide achieve their tax planning, retirement planning, business succession planning, and estate planning goals through creative retirement plans.  Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great things that Cleveland has to offer, traveling, and performing on aerial silks.
Lucas R. Didion, Esq.,*

Luke focuses on employer retirement plan implementation, compliance and termination. Luke received an undergraduate degree in Justice Studies from Kent State University with a minor in Political Science. He graduated summa cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and was ranked 1st in his graduating class. While attending law school, Luke received the Cleveland State Law Review's "Articles Editor of the Year" award and earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Corporations, Secured Transactions, Contracts, Property and Legal Profession. Luke is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. Luke is an avid outdoorsman in his free time and enjoys hunting, shooting, hiking and spending time with his family.
John L. Vrablic,
Manager of Business Development
John has spent almost two decades providing integral tax, investment, pension and business succession planning to business owners, primarily manufacturers' representatives. This experience has given John the insight and practical knowledge crucial to providing real-world solutions to our customers' most difficult retirement planning issues. In his free time, John enjoys coaching soccer and spending time with wife and five children.
Brian J. Patrick, FSA, EA
Senior Actuary
Brian leads the Actuarial Department and is responsible for the review and certification of Defined Benefit Plans. He also provides consulting services on the design of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans. He is an Enrolled Actuary, has a Bachelor of Arts from Hiram College and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.  Brian enjoys tennis, Cleveland sports, travel, and spending time with his three girls, ages 6, 5, and 1 in his free time.
Desirée A. Knauer, Administrative Manager, Paralegal

Desirée has been assisting with the preparation of retirement plans and related documentation since 2011 as a paralegal.  Prior to this, she worked for seven years as a department administrator at major university in Cleveland.  She has her undergraduate degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University with minors in French and Japanese.  She also speaks some Spanish, Italian, and German.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and shooting pool, including eight-ball, nine-ball, and straight pool.

David M. Hritz, Esq.,*

ERISA Consultant

Dave assists in retirement plan implementation, compliance, and termination. He was born and raised in the Cleveland area and received his undergraduate degree with majors in both Marketing and Finance from The University of Dayton. After college, he returned to Cleveland and received his Juris Doctor from The Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and his Master’s in Business Administration from The Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University. Dave is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and is a member of The Ohio State Bar Association. He is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan and in his free time enjoys water activities in and around Lake Erie, snowboarding, golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Heather A. Varis,
Office Manager, 
Billing Coordinator

Heather is responsible for the Management of our Monthly Billing, AR/AP, Cash Flow, Budgeting, and a multitude of other tasks as required.  Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family. 

Allison H. Kassouf,

Allison assists the actuarial and distribution departments and helps manage the office. When she is not at work, she enjoys woodworking, home improvement, and spending time with her son and daughter.

Sandra L. Hill,
Distribution Specialist

Sandra assists the actuarial department. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, cooking out, watching Cleveland sports teams, and spending time with her three children.

Jessica M. Sullivan,
Actuarial Analyst

Jessica assists the actuarial and distribution departments. She is working towards attaining her ASA designation with the Society of Actuaries. Outside the office she enjoys working out, going to Cleveland sports events, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.

Mark R. Larsen, Esq.,
ESOP Specialist

Mark focuses primarily on the administration and compliance of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), however he also addresses other legal issues affecting retirement plans.  He grew up in the Columbus, Ohio area and graduated from the Ohio State University where he received an undergraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.  Mark attended the University of Akron School of Law where he graduated with cum laude honors and received the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation Certificate of Achievement for his work with the Community Legal Aid Society of Akron.  Mark is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio and is a member of The Ohio State Bar Association.  Mark is an avid Ohio State sports fan and he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and restoring small engine vehicles in his free-time.
